Casper is currently missing. He is a white west highland white terrier, 1 year old roughly 15 lbs. He should hopefully still have his AKC tag, rabies tag, and dog tag on and a black collar. I am on vacation our of the states right now, trying to get back. He was stay at our friends house in SW th oklahoma city, more specifically SW 104th and May/Penn.
