Feb 1, 2013, I adopted a dog who was in a shelter for about a week in Akron, Ohio area. The dog appears to be part shepard mix. The animal is well behaved, weighs around 50 pounds. He or she has a very definitive physical issue. There is no appearance of abuse; the dog, when found, did not have tags & there appears to be no chip to identify. Because it is so well behaved, I must make certain that I have not adopted a pet that someone is searching for.
