This is JJ a G.Shepherd/Terrier mix who my brother took in from a family moving. I consider him MY dog, too, since I took care of HIS last dog who finally died of old age/cancer. My bro has a very large backyard w/pool, large greenhouse...and old fences. JJ was shivering in fright being away from his home. The owner never let him out of his backyard except for yearly shots. When we took him home & let him go to roam about, he was so scared when we approached him he took off, ran thru a small open space between fences which gave way. Now he is lost w/no ID. We hope someone will find him before he gets hurt. Hope to find J.J. so we can love him, to open his life to riding in the car, walking in the park, experiencing new smells. Right now he is roaming in fear. Per chance someone's seen him?

How We Met:
JJ: Family moving. Wanted to find home for him so he won't be put down.
Busquette: Roamed into industrial bakery in winter, a hungry stray kitten. She's all white w/blue eyes.
Zuki: PetSmart Store trying to find home for a gray tiger kitten that was being abused by kids. Brought in by kids' mom for home placement.
Pet Likes:
JJ: Play w/other dogs of previous family.
Busquette: Loves to play, play, play. Wash, wash, wash self. Garden outing exploring.
Zuki: Back rubs w/my feet. Loves to sleep, sleep, sleep. Garden outing exploring.
Pet Dislikes:
JJ: Being outside home.
Busquette: Having to take laxative for hairballs. Getting nails cut. Going to vet.
Zuki: Getting nails cut. Going to vet. Being held (related to abuse?).
Favorite Spots:
JJ: Unknown.
Busquette: In box on closet shelf during day & on bed at night next to me when sleeping.
Zuki: On kitty condo during day & on bed at night next to me when sleeping.

JJ: Unknown.
Busquette: Laser light. Toy tiger tail. Any little thing that slides & hides under anything.
Zuki: Ribbons. Large toy mouse.
Silliest Habit:
JJ: Unknown.
Busquette: Standing on hind legs w/paw to corner of wall w/ears back & pupils dilated as if possessed.
Zuki: Sitting quietly next to empty food dish w/look of being starved, when she's so fat!
Sweetest Moment:
JJ: Unknown.
Busquette: Plopping herself next to me in bed when ready for sleep, washing herself first, then putting her nose to my face to be petted before settllng down to sleep.
Zuki: Licking Busquette on the head, which is rare. She doesn't like to be licked by Busquette's incessant washing.
My Pet Is Unique Because:
JJ: He will be a new member of the family if he is found.
Busquette: She and I can play like little kids, batting at eachother, playing hide and seek, and if I just whisper "hey, hey, Busquette" she comes right away w/pupils dilated looking upward and around knowing that I've found a bug that she can play with.
Zuki: Is just a simple cat that likes to be near watching what I'm doing...if she's not sleepiing, of course.
