A small dobie (puppy or miniature) was seen running around on Mill Creek
Court and Eden Lane on the afternoon of 8/12. It was rather skittish. It
would start to come to you if called but would usually stop about 2-3 feet
away and if approached it would turn and run. We can be contacted at 503-
