Hi there - My dog Scruffy has been missing since last Tuesday, February 23rd. He is my child and I can't function without him. I believe he was stolen from my neighborhood in Mount Vernon, New York; when he went out that morning. I don't let him out unattended, but he ran out after my son and I guess went to venture up the street. I am offering a very generous reward for his return. If anyone has any information or has seen him with someone, please say something, please call.
