Pet Description:Medium to small black and white border collie with black harness. Friendly but skittish/anxious to loud noises, thunder, etc. Was last seen when he was let out in our backyard around 7:30-7:45 and was spooked by thunder so he hopped the fence. Have been posting/out looking for 2 hours now with no success. |
