Pet Description:

Black and white chubby Havanese. Elderly (12 years old), friendly, slow walking, high pitched bark. Has a blue mark on his tummy and bumps on his behind area. He is partially blind, but responds when called. He puts his paw out if you hold your foot in front of him and say shake. Was kidnapped by a woman who went through our gate and scooped him up.
