Black pug, male, intact, found 6/16 at Vineyard Ave and 28th Street, Los Angeles 90016 at 2pm. He seems to be older (vet said 8-10 years old) with some grey in his beard, and cloudy eyes. He is suffering from skin infection and hot spots. He is not microchipped, sadly.He’s very sweet, gentle and well behaved. Clearly he is/was someone’s pet!
