Found this dog running on FM 1960 and 59 in Humble tx, wearing a harness, he seems young with one blue eye and one hazel eye, he is mainly white with some tanish color on him, also missing a patch of hair on his back towards his tail. He's an escape artist, has jumped my 6 ft fence every time he goes outside to potty so constant supervision. knows basic commands and is house broken, doesn't want to eat seems very distressed.
