Pet Description:

Was not able to catch them though they did approach me for a moment, likely food-driven. White or Light Beige dirtied Coat, fluffy, tail seemed matted. Definitely seems to be someone’s dog. Believe dog moved away from freeway. Can foster if necessary, just want to be sure they’re safe and can go back home.
