Pet Description:This small, well groomed dog was found in my front yard on Halloween. I live in a busy road with way-too-fast cars and he would have certainly died had we not taken him in. He does not have a chip or a tag. We will require proof of ownership (pictures, veterinarian records) to relinquish him, but we do want to return him to his rightful home. |
