Very thin/skinny tall white Argentinian mastiff short cropped ears . Lactating female she had pups just a week and a half ago. Wearing a color no tags. She doesn't seem to hear well. This dog was dumped at my place about 2 weeks ago severely underweight and obviously mistreated.
