Pet Description:

I was driving home and saw a dog with a collar. This was at 7pm and it was pitch dark. I almost hit it. It was walking on the side of the road. I would guess some sort of lab or pitbull mix but I am not familiar with dog breeds. Medium size, maybe 30-50 lbs? Again unsure on weight.
