Pet Description:

Smaller German Shepherd mix. Black, tan, and white. Had a blue collar and 2 leashes tied together attached to collar. Could have backed out of collar at some point if leash got stuck. Very good at doing that. She is an escape artist. But this time, she chased an animal and pulled the leash right out of my hand turning my fingernail black and blue.
