Pet Description:

Medium sized male white dog- looks like a white retriever. No collar. Found him sitting alone in road this morning. It was 5am - no one around. Very skinny and dirty- looks like he hasn’t eaten in days. Extremely friendly— he came right over to me as if he was asking for help. Hoping he is someone’s baby and this will help him be reunited with his family.
