Pet Description:

Two female German Shepherd dogs found today off Watkins and Central, right near the freeway! Not far from UCR. I found two unaltered (not fixed) female dogs today as I was driving down Watkins. They nearly got hit and were just standing in the street. One was older and I got the impression it was the other dogs mom. The older dog appeared to be in heat.
