***Update: I found the neighbor of the owner. They said it’s their neighbor’s brand new rescue dog - she slipped out the door and through the backyards, which back up to the Duke trails. They said she hasn’t yet learned where her safe place is and will likely run if approached. They said if anyone sees her to please call the sheriff’s office at 919-560-0900 - they’ll send animal control to help catch her.
