On 01/21 @ approx 8:56pm near E 156th and Ashland in Harvey, IL a vehicle was observed stopped in the road by several ring cameras and the occupant was seen putting the dog in the back seat. He recently had surgery and has meds and a special diet. Witnesses believe he may have been stolen. We would like to think you were just trying to get him out of the cold.
