Pet Description:

Young black and white dog found near TX Body Pro Body Shop and Mugshots off of Clay Road in Katy, TX. He was trying to get through the fence into the body shop, but he couldn't fit through the small opening. The body shop guy said he isn't their dog, but why was he trying to squeeze through their fence? He isn't chipped or neutered. Medium-sized. He is very friendly and wants to sit in your lap. It seems he had a home at some point. He hates being outside, so I think he was stuck outside
