Border Collie, Boston Terrier mix or Boxer or something of the sort that's tall but short bodied. Definitely somewhere around 4-6 months old. He's about 10lbs or less right now. Well fed, using potty pads but not house broken. Some kids came up to my car and handed him to us and said that they found him and couldn't keep him.
