Pet Description:

We were driving Northbound on 195 and this white male dog was walking on the emergency lane. He i very sweet, has a minor wound on the chest, he is skinny and pretty dirty. I found a post from 3 days ago about him being found https://neighbors.ring.com/n/OP9j25kSRZ. We have an appointment with the vet in a hour and half to check if he has a microchip but I have a feeling he does not. If someone recognizes this dog, please contact us with proof of ownership.
