Otie is a small, 13 pound, white, male yorkie/maltese mix. He has 1 ear up and 1 ear down. He was wearing a blue harness when he went missing while visiting at the Stanford campus. He ran when a fire alarm sounded. He is skittish and will run if someone tries to approach him. If you sit on the ground with food without putting your arms out, he may feel comfortable to approach, and then possibly follow to a safe enclosed space. He has been missing for a month but we still have hope.
