Older mixed breed, possible Chihuahua jack Russell mix. She is an absolute sweetheart, has a pink collar on and answers to Nellie depending if she wants to be stubborn or not. I also call her mamas girl as well. She's not microchipped and needs a nail trimmed but she's over 12 lbs or right at that. She has kinda foggy/glossy eyes as well.
