Pet Description:

Sweet young male, Chihuahua, fawn colored with a black muzzle. He’s very skinny and was found wandering on 2nd St. near Arcadia. He is not neutered, has no collar, and it’s not micro chipped. He seemed disoriented and frightened. He is now in my possession, and I am looking for his owner. He desperately wants to come home.
