I found Prince Benny at the Gulf gas station in Venice. He is an ESA, and the number on his tag is no longer in service. I took him to the VCA in Marina Del Rey, and while he is chipped, the company he is registered to (Choice Puppies) is no longer in existence. Please let me know if you know who he belongs to!
