There is decomposing dead animals on Church St. Under the bridge. Someone is burning , torturing animals in Gilroy. At least one cat a month has been reported missing in this area. WERC have reports of skinned animals in this same area. Police refused to come into the creek to locate the remains and investigate. On Sat I made a 911 call under the bridge Officer refused ,never got out of the vehicle . He never came down there to investigate . There is no transparency about the ongoing animal crue
