Black, 1 1/2 yr old tall Lab with black spots on tongue. Lost since July 2nd, 2023. Wearing an orange Halloween collar when last seen (could be dirty by now). Friendly dog but shy. Probably on survival mode by now or someone has him . Do not chase. Call immediately.
