Medium sized male. White hair. About 18 lbs. not neutered. Looks like a mixed breed with Corgi. Has short legs. Quiet, doesn’t bark. Understands basic dog commands like sit. He looked like he had been on the street for a bit as he had matted hair. The picture is a day after he was found (matted areas slightly trimmed).
