Small fluffy brown and white dog. Possibly Pomeranian. Seen early this morning June 12, 2023 by my neighbor. He tried to get the dog but was unable. He texted me and I went looking for the dog but was unsuccessful. Posted the dog on the Ring Neighbors App. Whereabouts unknown at this time.
