Found wandering down Center St. in Manteca, between the cross streets of Union and Walnut (just past the Police station). I’ve had her with me since about 8am with no luck on locating an owner through FB posts and posts here on NextDoor. Female dog, Shepard mix is my best guess. Red bandana like collar with soccer balls on it. She smelt heavily of a perfume when I found her, not sure if she was recently groomed. I’ve contacted all local groomers and no luck.
