black and white medium sized border collie with longer fur. she had a greenish blue collar on with black details and possibly a flower design and she had a blue and green leash on her the colors twisted together, but it might’ve came off the last time she was seen they didn’t see it on her. she’s very very skittish and she’s scared of the dark. she seems to head back to ralph stout park at night then take off during the day.
