Pet Description:

Very friendly! Apparently has been out running the streets since Sunday. Has a blue collar on with no ID. Had another dog with her Sunday but has since been alone. We’ve been giving her food at night and she has come back. She is super skinny and you can see her ribs. She let us love all on her but unfortunately we had no way of loading her into a car to take her to a shelter and no where to let her stay
