My younger sister's cat Venya went outside slightly more than 3 weeks ago and hasn't returned since. He is a male, has a rather fluffy tail and neck fur, is 3 months away from being 2 years old, and has no collar or microchip. He is also not neutered. He is an outdoors type of cat, but always returns back home every day and spends at least half the day inside our house. He has never been away from home for more than 2 days before.He was last seen at E Vintage Ln. and next to our house at 4321 E
