Pet Description:

4 month old Cavachon ( Cavalier King Charles spaniel and the bichon frise mix). Creed is mostly cream with some white markings and wearing a yellow harness with a leash attached. Running from Davis Ave towards California Ave but unknown if he crossed or made a turn. He was frightened by the leash dragging behind him.
