I found this male chihuahua this morning. He was running on NW 203rd street in Miami Gardens. 2 blocks behind the presidente on 199th ave. He looked really scared. It took me a while but he finally jumped in my car. He only had a collar but no tag. He’s not Microchipped either. He seems like a young pup. Maybe 1 year old the most. Please I’m looking to reunite with his owner. I can only keep him for a couple days. (The pink harness belonged to my old dog. It doesn’t belong to him)
