Dog found: Small (~20 pound) corgi mix, male (intact), very friendly. Recently bathed (still smells good). Nails trimmed and looks to be from a great home. I think he got out today (Saturday October 1) because he wouldn’t be this clean if he was in the storm last night. No collar or microchip.
