This found pet has a beautiful Tri- color coat of black white and Tan. He is a non-chipped and non spayed, Pomeranian Adult Dog. He seems to be house trained and listens to some commands such as sit and lay. He does not like to be outside for long, which leads me to believe he is someone’s pet. He needs some treatment so I will be taking him to shelter soon, if I get no interest soon. I just want to reunite him with his owner he is a beautiful dog. He was found in Oakland Ca around foothill blvd
