Baxter 12 years old, some hip/joint issues. He is friendly and very sweet. He has a green cloth collar with rabieis partially clipped but has a collie nose, tail, and mane. s and Albemarle County tags. He has been microchipped. NOTE: He cannot be dragged by the collar, or have his rear end handled. He was an abused rescue that I have owned for 7 years.
