Louis has purple streaks in hair on his head, may have washed (or been taken) out. Photo submitted was taken *before Louie's hair was streaked/cut. Lou is not neutered, chipped, no tags or collar. He has a flea color on. He is friendly, sweet, and does not (as a rule) eat dog food; he likes boiled chicken, rice, broccoli. Lou is my granddaughter's dog, and she is grieving his loss.
