ballou is a pitchow mix he holds the blue nose color in his coat but the chow chow fluff. he has white on his chest you can definitely tell he was taken care of. he does have medical problems and had a scheduled surgery. he is also as my registered emotional support animal. i am offering up to 1000$ reward for information leading to his return he got out of the fence the night of the 15th with two of my other dogs (both of whom oi got back).
