Old, blind,arthritic. In need of grooming but hair was cut away from face. Barks at almost everyone. Very skittish. Harmless. 13 years old. Just cut away matted patches to help before grooming and his hair looks wild. Last seen on State Highway 269 between Rion Rd and Bundrick Rd.
