I found this dog swimming in a canal and he didn’t seem to have enough energy to climb the rocks, I pulled him out and fed him some meat and water, one of his front legs seems to be hurt because he’s walking funny, please give me a call or email if this is your dog, he has no form of identification but he has two spots near on the rear of his back, and he is very friendly
