Update 7/17 - Sarge was found, Winnie is still missing! 2 small Chihuahuas Winnie and Sarge, Sarge is a senior but still very quick. Both dogs were in a new home first night last nigh and escaped around midnight. Owners are in between homes and dogs are skittish.
