20 pound Shiba inu he was wearing a black harness with the leash He had a white Yankee baseball collar with his red tag along with a silver bone shape tag. He was actually seen around the area with a boy who had a scooter with him and he stated that he found the dog and he will be taking it home we still haven't gotten any contact from this person if he does have it.
