Pet Description:

Found her at the gas station on Washington & Holt playing in traffic with a phone cord tied around her collar. Not sure if she belongs to someone or not but I can't keep her because my dogs are SUPER TERRITORIAL. She's very sweet and good with kids as I can see. I just can't keep her nor do I want to see her euthanized.
