Pet Description:

She is all black with a splash of white on her chest. She has a long furry tail, long torso and short legs. She might be mixed with corgi or Beagle. She doesn't bark much and can't jump very high. Her hair is a bit curly and severely matted when I found her. She's a medium-sized dog with a wonderful temperament.
