LOST DOG, TWIGGY!! Yesterday my foster dog who I just decided to adopt got out of my dear friends home on Brunswick block South of Chevy Chase. We believe she has been seen running around there. She's tiny 6lb Copper color w/ white chest and brown eyes. She's skittish around other's and very fast. Double whammy. I'm in the hospital but can be reached on my phone. She does have a collar with my number. If you happen to have caught her or see her and could let me know that would be swell.
