Pampers is a small white dog 15 years old. Has only one eye. Wearing a colorful bellyband. Hard of hearing and not good vision. Friendly but can be easily scared. He needs his medication for his eye. Also his legal name is Cassidy however he is microchipped under the name of Jasper and info may not be up to date as he was a rescue. I am thankful for any info leading to his return.
