Tiny small black dog found at intersection where Pittsburg center bart is. Found around 7am on 5/23. It was wearing a doggie shirt with an attached tutu. If you can describe what words were on said tutu/describe the tutu shirt we will return the dog. She is super friendly/scared. She is also isolated in a room with 2 cats.
