My dog, Uzi, was taken from my home in Gauley Bridge, WV, around March 20th, by a neighbor that kept saying they wanted her. I had an emergency and had to leave home to stay with my fiance at the Morgantown, WV, hospital. While I was away, the neighbor that took her called fayette county animal control and had her picked up. I was not aware of this until I came home almost a month later. She was about to have puppies, so when I called animal control, they told me if they did pick her up
